Quality policy
Easy Soft Edit is committed to providing clear, accessible, and useful services, and to continuously improving them based on feedback from the individuals welcomed.
Our commitments
Clear and fair information: objectives, content, duration, modalities, prices, and cancellation conditions are communicated before any registration.
Adaptation to needs: we analyze the needs and level of each person to offer a tailored service.
Expertise: the facilitators are chosen for their expertise and experience, and their skills are maintained.
Accessibility: our services are open to everyone; a person with a disability can contact us to explore possible adaptations. Disability reference: Patrice FOURNIER contact@easysoftedit.org.
Respect for personal data: data is collected with minimization and protected (see legal notices).
Measure and improve
A satisfaction questionnaire is offered at the end of each service.
The results and comments are analyzed regularly; improvement actions are decided upon and followed up.
Indicators monitored: Matomo
