Updating the site

CMS updates arrive as numbered, signed packages. The site checks the signature before applying anything.

Open Technical > Update: the site shows the installed number and the next package.
Run “Simulate” to see which files would change, without writing anything.
Apply: a backup is made, then the files are replaced.
If in doubt, “Undo the last one” restores the previous state.

Good to know

A file you changed yourself is never overwritten without your agreement.
Catalogue modules and widgets update separately (Modules > Catalogue).
The update right is sensitive: reserved for super administrators.
