Signing in to the administration

The administration is where you manage the site: content, menus, accounts, settings. It is only visible to signed-in people who have the right to it.

Click the account icon at the top right of the site, then Sign in.
Enter your login and password. If two-factor authentication is on, also enter the code received by email.
Click Administration (button on the My account page, or link in the footer).

Good to know

The left menu is organised in blocks: Publication, Communication, Courses and registrations, Modules, Technical…
You only see the screens you have the right to: a missing screen means a right not granted, not a fault.
After a long period of inactivity the session closes by itself for your security: sign in again.

Forgot your password? Use the “Forgot password” link in the sign-in window: a link valid for 24 hours is sent by email.
