An article is only visible to the public once it is “Online”. You can also schedule it.

1. In the article form, set the status to Online (green) or leave Draft (orange).
2. For delayed publication, fill in the start date; for automatic removal, the end date.
3. Save, then click “View” to check the result.

Going further

• Home article: choose it in Site management; it is the page shown at the site address.
• Display groups: reserve an article for certain groups of accounts.
• Feature: an article can appear in the “Also worth exploring” section.

Deleting goes through the recycle bin: it is reversible.
