Contact form

A standalone contact form: editable fields, attachments, consent box, sending to the site's recipients, message archive with a "handled" status and replies from the administration.

Setup

Enable the module then click "Initialise": management appears in Communication › Contact messages.
In Modules › Contact, check the recipients (to, copy, hidden copy) and the copy sent to the sender.
Put the tag [[contact]] in an article. For another site, use [[contact#site=<identifier>]].

Good to know

Fields are editable without touching code: labels per language, choice lists, checkbox, attachments (number, size, extensions).
Messages are ALWAYS archived before sending: a sending failure never loses one.
A bot trap and a limit of 5 messages per address per 15 minutes protect the form.
Each site has its own settings; a site with none inherits the main site's.

Installation: Administration › Modules › Catalogue (modules and widgets), or Builder › widget library › “Widget catalogue” (widgets).
